Matt Hancock met David Cameron and financier Lex Greensill for a "private drink" to discuss a new payment scheme for the NHS
A number of NHS trusts went on to use Greensill Capital's app during the pandemic

The government made the decision that vaccinating NHS staff was not a high priority
Now 46,000 staff are off with Covid, making a bleak situation almost impossible
Every poor decision they have made will cost lives
Please RT if you won’t forget that

If everyone who is grateful for intensive care staff across the NHS followed and retweeted we’d reach a million followers by midnight and have a much stronger voice
A few seconds of your time really could make all the difference
The clapping may be over, but there are still lots of ways you can show thanks to NHS staff, as explained in this video
Please watch and RT - it just might help save the life of someone you love https://t.co/psB2E4xXeg
A viewer points out an inconsistency in Cummings explanation of events
Mary Wakefield said when her husband fell ill (March 28) he couldn’t get out of bed for 10 days.
But in his statement yesterday Cummings said he drove to hospital to collect his son on Apr 3
The range in reaction from Matt Hancock is remarkable. In case of Prof Ferguson, who was prob immune having likely had Covid, Mr Hancock said it was a matter for the police. Mr Cummings though, whose family actually travelled with Covid, apparently acted entirely within the rules
The regulation Cummings is leaning on was put in because of domestic and child abuse in the home. To say to people who felt their children were not safe could leave. It was not because of childcare crisis, it might lead to confusion but that was what it was for.
Watching Johnson. This is despicable. Parents all over this country have abided by the lockdown rules, even while ill themselves. Hundreds of thousands managed toddlers while shut up inside cramped accommodation, purely for the common good AS THE GOVERNMENT TOLD THEM TO DO.
This was a test of the Prime Minister and he has failed it.
It is an insult to sacrifices made by the British people that Boris Johnson has chosen to take no action against Dominic Cummings.
If Dominic Cummings isn't gone by the end of today, @BorisJohnson is insulting every grieving relative I have had to call to explain why they can't visit their dying loved one in hospital. Every distraught family member not at a funeral. Every frontline carer risking their life.
Well that’s that.
The government has decided that one unelected adviser’s job matters more than the lives of the population.
I need to repeat that.
THE GOVERNMENT HAS DECIDED THAT ONE UNELECTED ADVISER’S JOB MATTERS MORE THAN THE LIVES OF THE POPULATION.
