I do agree with Ethan on this. I don’t think that every “influencer” or “creator” is called to be a performer in the traditional sense and I also don’t think there are many that are capable of performing on the level they would be called to. It really all depends on the creator and what their profession is and the career path they are working towards. I’ve acted in many films and most recently acted alongside Nicholas Cage in a feature film on Hulu, but I have never booked a job based on my audience. I’ve auditioned in person and chemistry read for all of the roles I have booked and I believe that is how it should be done. If you are right for the role, you are right for the role, regardless of your “follower” count.
