@dhlexpressuk This was after telling me it was being delivered between a time that they arrived an hour earlier for. I was still home, but not even attempted to deliver. Then I try and call your help center and get an automated call that is no help at all. You should be shut down.

@dhlexpressuk Can you tell me why your ecommerce service not only forged my signature, but lost the second part of my delivery, then the replacement parcel said it was on it's way, no one knocked and I have a message saying they couldn't gain access.
