Panorama Switching Station (Weltevredenpark and surrounding areas): An existing fault has been identified on the Tonna Donna Distributor, as well as a new fault on the Panorama Switching Station, Platboom Distributor between Platboom Ave Mini Substation and Amrant No. 2 Mini Substation.

A total of 8 load centres will remain off until the faults have been located and repaired.

The estimated time of restoration is currently not yet available.

The team has requested assistance from the Test Branch team to conduct fault location testing and identify the remaining fault. Two load centres will remain without supply until repairs have been completed.

New Eldorado Park Substation, Eldorado Park West Standby Distributor: The test branch team is on site to test the faulty cable between Transformer Substation (TSS) 8 and TSS 9. A repair team will be appointed once testing is complete. Materials for the repairs are currently being sourced.
