New JNCHES negotiations for 2026/27 have concluded with an offer of a 2% increase on all pay points and a review of the national pay spine.

UNISON is consulting members now and the HESGE recommends that members reject this real-terms pay cut.

This morning it was announced that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between King’s and Cranfield University to explore a potential merger.
