The Ice Arena is back open!
Following a temporary closure due to a power surge, staff worked hard to restore the facility and get everyone back on the ice.
Due to a power surge, the ice-making equipment at the Bowie Ice Arena experienced a mechanical shutdown. As a result, the facility will close at 5 p.m. today. Staff is working to restore the equipment and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
