@Jonleescholes Hi Jon, additional follow-up took place this morning to clean up the remaining oil. If there are still concerns, please contact 311 and reference your existing service request number. Thank you.
@valterweis Good afternoon. It is unfortunate when we don't consider our fellow riders and choose to leave garbage. When you experience concerns, providing the details to [email protected] will help us to address issues. Please provide date, time, vehicle numbers etc. to assist.

@LetsGoBlueJaysW We do rely on 311 for reports like this, as it’s the only way they’re tracked and sent to crews for action. We appreciate you taking a moment to report it.
@LeonardoKogan Hi Leonardo. Thanks for reaching out. Can you be more specific on which fields you're trying to book? Our athletic park fields don't open until May 11 which is why they're currently empty. Feel free to reach out with more information and we'd be happy to look into this for you.
@Tialuna1993 That's ok. You can keep putting the kitty litter in garbage bags to put in the black cart as agarbage. As we mentioned earlier, it's best to put the heavier materials directly into the bin to avoid bag weight issues.
@Tialuna1993 Hi Tia, we suggest putting heavier items directly in the cart to make more secure for pickup compared to a bag that can rip if its too heavy. Please note that kitty litter can actually go in your green cart when bagged properly in a compostable bag. https://t.co/fsyVF5O5gB /1
