I am beyond proud of my team!! This weekend we took 2nd place in the PG Winter Elite Showcase! The games were full of energy and we came to play! I had solid at bats with 2 doubles and a triple!! @GTSBBSB @GTSHerrick

Consistency truly is key, this summer I could bench press 110 pounds as my max. I was consistently in the gym working to hit my goal of benching a plate. Today I reached my goal!! New PR of 135 pounds!! 💪💪 @GTSBBSB @GTSHerrick

Happy Holidays! Winter lifts and hits are my absolute favorite, I got in the gym and hit a new PR on bench press for 115 IBS for 3 reps 💪💪!! I also got some work done in the cages getting 1% better everyday. @GTSHerrick @GTSBBSB
