@KenSimCity It’s almost impossible to walk more than 2 blocks anywhere in downtown Vancouver without seeing someone either high or doing drugs. I’ve never felt more unsafe walking anywhere in the city I was born and raised in. “Safe drugs” doesn’t seem to be the answer.
