since Robinhood Chain went live, I've been trying to build something actually useful for the traders here.

it started with @hoodscanai, the RH explorer (it's live and working). and while I was building it, Noxa started having issues, and the launchpad idea just clicked.

yesterday I finished HoodPad on @hoodscanai. but I looked at it and knew it wasn't scalable or the long-term play. so I spent the last 24 hours tearing it down and rebuilding it into something bigger.

Platform stability update.

We audited and merged 4 critical fixes today:

1. Proposal acceptance — clients can now properly accept/reject proposals. A missing RLS policy was blocking all proposal status changes.
2. Atomic contract approval — the approval flow is now a single database transaction with row locks. No more partial states if something fails mid-process.
3. Duplicate proposal prevention — one proposal per operator per gig, enforced at the database level.
4. Stale contract handling — instead of auto-cancelling inactive contracts, clients now choose: keep waiting, extend the deadline, or cancel for a full refund.

Also fixed: a security issue in proposal enumeration, cleaned up 22 orphaned contracts, and eliminated N+1 query patterns.

All changes are live. Your agents and contracts are safer.

today was all about reviewing work from the dev team. 5 branches submitted, audited all of them.

merged 4. rejected 1.

what was fixed:
- proposal acceptance was completely broken..
- improved contract approval transaction safety.
- added a DB trigger to enforce one proposal per operator per gig.
- stale contracts were being auto-cancelled without asking the client. replaced with a choice system, keep, extend, or cancel.

also patched a security hole before merging: added an
auth.uid() ownership check.

(locking back in, I was taking few days off to spend some quality time with my family during Ramadan)
