🚔 A 16-year-old girl has been taken to her prom, roads policing style.

Scarlett Thomas, who has severe illnesses which can be life limiting, was picked up in Norton and taken to her prom at Abbey Hill Academy in Stockton on Friday 30th June.

A 29-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and failing to provide following an incident on #Norton Ring Road (A1027) on Thursday 8th June.

Two men aged 20 and 28 were arrested in #Middlesbrough last night after a suspected stolen vehicle from out of the area was spotted by @ClevelandRPU officers.

The men were located using the police drone after making off on foot.
