Heidi is a marvel. So all you kids are fucked in the head by this current common shared reality. But even so, incredibly beautiful Heidi has agreed that she will live with me, and a mutually agreeable time, we will marry. We think we will stream it live.

i know you kids think marriage is stupid on so many levels, but it is an essential component of our society.

Marriage has fallen out of favor, and you guys are living the result of that, a disorderly social order.

This is my way of making my body’s Life complete, and correct. This is also my way of participating in this current wave of establishing, once again, the greatest society on this planet.

This gets the kick off wrong. Once the riots begin, they nearly instantly spread into GeneWar (ethnowar) as patriots and victims seek revenge on the invaders. The ALTA reports forecast this back before 2010. The data has skirmishing between the muslims and patriots at the very beginning. It's this ethnowar that destroys all government credibility. Govt offices are raided by patriots and mountains, whole buildings full of documents are taken, and distributed globally. Most of the world rebels against anything out of UK including their banks. Then begins the assassinations of officialdom and their toad-boys. That marks the end of British Rule as we knew it. The ethnowar goes balls-out as the UK military fractures and begins participating. Tank battles in city streets....think Ukraine only bloody serious.

🔥 They Edited His Confession, Hid the Full Tape, Convicted Him Anyway. Then the “Bribers” Walked Free. Now a Four-Star Admiral Rots in Prison While the Corrupt DOJ Unit That Did It Got Shut Down.

America just locked up the former Vice Chief of Naval Operations — the second-highest uniformed officer in the Navy, commander of all forces across Europe, Africa, and Russia — for six years on bribery charges.

The people who supposedly paid the bribe? A federal jury acquitted them. Not a hung jury. Full acquittal. On all counts.

Let that marinate.

Admiral Robert P. Burke, four stars. 40+ years of service. Decorated beyond what most Americans can comprehend. Convicted May 2025. Sentenced to 72 months in federal prison.

The evidence the government used to convict him? Three cherry-picked snippets. Out of a TWO-HOUR interview Burke voluntarily gave investigators. His attorney fought to play the full tape. The judge said no. The jury heard only what prosecutors wanted them to hear.

His own lawyer described the trial as “the exact opposite” of normal: the prosecution was the one objecting to keep evidence out. They didn’t want the jury to see the full context. Because the full context, according to Parlatore, shows there was no bribe.

Meanwhile, the two Next Jump CEOs — Kim and Messenger — got their full defense. First trial: hung jury. Second trial: not guilty on everything. The edited confession that convicted Burke? Wasn’t even played at their trial. And they still walked.

You cannot logically “accept” a bribe that nobody “paid.” The law allows inconsistent verdicts. Reality doesn’t.

Here’s the part that should make every American’s blood boil:

The DOJ’s Public Integrity Section brought the case. The Trump administration has since dismantled that unit. Why? Because it was corrupt. Parlatore’s words, not mine: “a corrupt unit within DOJ that the president got rid of because of the abuses.”

This is the same unit that destroyed Ted Stevens. Same playbook. Hide exculpatory evidence. Edit statements. Convict first, let appeals sort out the wreckage later.

Then, weeks before the co-defendants’ second trial, discovery material finally surfaced — staff interviews that, per Parlatore, “completely contradicted what the government’s theory was at trial.” Evidence that should have been turned over before Burke’s trial. Wasn’t.

Burke’s appeal is pending in the D.C. Circuit. The judges grilled prosecutors hard in April. One judge couldn’t understand why 45 minutes were cut from Burke’s interview. Parlatore walked out thinking a reversal is coming.

But here’s the real question:

Why does a man sit in prison for “accepting a bribe” when a jury has acquitted the supposed bribe-payers of their peers?

Why did the government get to curate what evidence the jury heard?

And what does it say about our justice system that the unit responsible for this conviction no longer exists because it was too corrupt to keep?

President Trump has the power to end this with a stroke of a pen. A pardon isn’t just mercy here — it’s correction of an institutional failure.

Admiral Burke gave his life to this country. The country owes him better than a conviction built on edited tape and a prosecution unit that’s since been put in the trash where it belongs.

I'm a cardiologist. Two of the cheapest amino acids on earth just did something in Baylor clinical trials that no expensive longevity drug has matched — and almost no physician is talking about it.

Glycine and N-acetylcysteine. Together they're called GlyNAC. Both over the counter. Both pennies a dose.

In aged mice, the combination extended lifespan by 24%.

In older humans — in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial at Baylor College of Medicine — 16 weeks of supplementation improved nearly every hallmark of aging at once:

Glutathione restored toward youthful range. Oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation slashed. Mitochondrial function repaired — greater fat oxidation, better cellular energy. Insulin resistance improved. Inflammation down across IL-6, TNF-alpha, and hs-CRP — the exact markers I track in my heart patients. Endothelial function better. DNA damage and muscle breakdown reduced. Body fat down, strength up.

And here's the line that stopped me: for some markers, older adults became statistically indistinguishable from young adults after 16 to 24 weeks.

It wasn't just lab values, either. Cognitive scores improved. Processing speed and executive function improved. Exercise capacity improved. And gait speed improved — which matters more than most people realize, because walking speed is one of the strongest predictors of survival in older adults.

One intervention. Nearly every system.

The mechanism is elegant. Glutathione is your master antioxidant — it neutralizes free radicals, recycles vitamins C and E, protects your mitochondria, and detoxifies. Production collapses with age; older adults are reliably deficient.

But the bottleneck isn't one ingredient. It's two. Glycine runs short and cysteine runs short. NAC alone doesn't fix the glycine gap. Glycine alone doesn't fix the cysteine gap. Supply both and the factory restarts. Sekhar's team calls it the "Power of 3" — glycine, cysteine, and the glutathione they build together.

The trial doses were substantial: roughly 100 mg/kg/day of each. For a 70 kg adult, about 7 grams of glycine and 7 grams of NAC daily, split up. You can't reach that from food.

Now the honest caveats, because this is where hype usually wins.

The trials were small — dozens, not thousands. The strongest effects were in older adults with documented glutathione deficiency; a young, healthy person may see little. The lifespan data is in mice. And critically: stop taking it and the benefits fade within about 12 weeks. This is maintenance, not a cure.

NAC can cause GI upset. If you're on nitrates or blood thinners, or have kidney disease, talk to your physician first.

I take glycine daily and have written about it before. What the Baylor work changed for me is understanding that the pairing is the point — not either amino acid alone.

If you're over 60 with fatigue, insulin resistance, or climbing inflammatory markers, this is a real conversation to have with your doctor. Two amino acids that cost pennies, with randomized human data, hitting mitochondria, inflammation, insulin, strength, and cognition simultaneously.

We spend fortunes chasing exotic longevity molecules.

Sometimes the answer is restarting a factory your body already built.

So @1Heidvandenberg and I are nearing our first month living together.

She discovers herself to be learning more each day than the day before, and within this month has learned more than in all her years at school. Our time together has already aided the growth of her Eyes to See.

I think of her as my Love, my Fiance, my Bride, and a Gift presented to me by Universe for its purpose.

As Universe has made my nature that of a Pirate, a Hermetist with Understanding, I have decided to provide (along with Universe) Heidi with a vision of the pathway to her goals in her body’s Life.

Note that no man can place another’s feet on the path. All that may be done is to show that the Way exists. It’s up to each person to walk as they may choose.

Heidi has changed so much in such a short period. She had insisted for many months that she is NOT a ‘nature girl’. That she would ‘never hike’.….hahahahahaha. ROFLMAO!

In less than one month, she is so changed. She wore her new ‘water shoes’ for the first time yesterday while she interacted with seals less than 5 feet away. It was a very very good day for her. As she said, it was “her best day ever” in her experience of herself interacting with our common shared reality expressing Nature, Tides, and seals.

Soon Heidi will be able to detail the Rule of 12ths (tidal flows), and regale you with descriptions of the local Pinnipeds and their ways (how to avoid being dumped off your paddle board by their curiosity).

Heidi experienced actual Joy in her seal viewing yesterday. It is a necessary part of the path of Hermeticism to learn the nature of Vibration that may be expressed in one’s body’s Life in order to make conscious decisions of what one ‘holds as value’.

I hold Heidi as value in my body’s Life, and am learning her vibration’s effect on mine. One of the many steps to mastery is to discover that as a guide (adept, or master), you benefit equally with the changes experienced by those whom you initiate.
