Today our very own Isaac Beevor along with @PhilipGlanville and a cross party group of councillors delivered an open letter to Number 10 signed by hundreds of local leaders, cabinet members and councillors calling for more local climate powers. π
The letter has now attracted more than 500 signatures from across England and from almost every major party, it calls on Ministers @Miatsf and Katie White OBE MP to introduce new climate and nature duties modelled on the local health duty in the The English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill. π§βοΈ
