ICYMI: HB26-1207 was signed into law yesterday. This important law ensures the continued collection of employee demographic data to prevent workplace discrimination.
However, under this new law sponsored by Rep. Jackson and Assistant Majority Leader @baconforco, regardless of what the Trump Administration declares, Colorado employers will be required to collect workplace demographic data to combat discrimination.
