Congrats to Senior Linebacker Luke Ratke. He received the Outstanding Performer award at the USNA Seminar this week. This award is given to 5 students (out of 800) who performed with the highest standard of excellence in every training evolution and exercise. We are so proud!

Sophomore rugby season is in the books.

It didn't end the way we wanted, but every practice, every hit, every win, and every loss made me better.

Now it's back to work.

Summer 7's starts now, and football training is underway. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just showing up every day and earning it.

The goal is simple: be better than I was yesterday.

Great first 2 days of team camp! Reminder that there are no workouts or camps after school the rest of the week due to exams. Discount card sales are due tomorrow evening at 6:30pm at the HS. We will begin our summer workout times on Tuesday June 16th from 8-10:30am.
