I just had an old coworker come out in support of Kanye - not all of his choices, but still standing with him as he navigates his journey. Said old coworker just got unfollowed on IG. Not that unfollowing is momentous or she’ll even notice, but I don’t stand for that shit.
I love my husband @keeltyc but apparently last night he put the cat treats in the refrigerator. 😹 I had quite the laugh when I opened the fridge to make breakfast at 4:30am.
@jmarpdx Ran my current marathon PR after a few pints of beer the night before. In fact, that’s truer for most of my PRs, and my lifestyle in general. It’s possible to care about goals while also figuring out what works for you. Turns out my liver is awesome.
True story: my shoulders/upper back are the most sore part of my body the day after the Amsterdam Marathon. I was bummed to hear that everyone I knew who raced had a tough day. As someone who’s simply not equipped for hot days, I was hoping it was just me.😅
@keeltyc He just sounded very ignorant, confused and surprised more than anything else. Dude is in for quite the shock if he hasn’t researched a single thing. 🤣
If I’m ever under-fed, it’s because my monsters “share” my food. Idk how much of the chicken breast I took out for myself I actually ate, but let’s just say I’m lucky they shared at all. At least my potatoes were safe. 😅
My Monday started at 3:30am with Nigel carrying a mouse through the bedroom. He did NOT want to give it up. Said mouse didn’t make it, and Nigel was very confused when his “toy” was taken away. He just had some of my chicken, so his day hasn’t been all terrible.
Been mulling this over since watching the live coverage of @ChiMarathon: nothing against Shane, but when has the spouse of a male marathoner ever been given credit on the air for said athlete’s performance? Is it too much to ask for Sisson to get full credit during HER race?
