If coaches aren’t replying to your emails, texts, or DMs, you’re not the only one — 95% of players struggle with this.
If you have the talent to play at the next level but just need someone to evaluate your skills and get you in front of the right coaches, I can open those doors for you.
Go to my website, have a parent complete the evaluation + scholarship application, and let’s start creating real opportunities.

I just received a text from the mother of a new recruit in my program (Juco transfer): "Wow, Coach Drew! Only a few hours in and he's had several coaches reach out! He is working today so we will get back to them asap. So impressed, thank you". - College coaches evaluate my players. This is what I do. Coach Drew
If playing college baseball is the goal, hoping for the best isn’t a plan. Every year talented players miss out simply because they never learn how recruiting actually works.
I’ve helped 4,400+ athletes earn their shot — with a 94% success rate.

If you want to play college baseball, guessing is not a strategy.
Thousands of good players go unrecruited every year because they never learned the process.

D1 coaches looking for a 6'4/195 RHP throwing 92+ in the portal: Coach,
I want to introduce you to Tanner Crispin, a right-handed pitcher entering the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility remaining.
TANNER CRISPIN | RHP | 2028 | University of the Incarnate Word
• Top Fastball: 92.3 mph
• Full Arsenal: FB, Slider, Changeup
• 6'4" / 195 lbs | R/R
• 3.96 GPA
• 3 Years of Eligibility Remaining
A 6'4" arm sitting in the low 90s with a complete three-pitch mix and a 3.96 GPA is a rare combination. Tanner is looking for a program that values development and is open to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, Southwest, or West — no preference on school size.

Getting recruited is hard.
1,800+ college programs. None of them scrolling rosters looking for you.
Emails get ignored.
Showcases lead nowhere without follow-up.
Good players get overlooked — every year.
Talent doesn't get you recruited. Exposure does.
27 years. 4,400+ placed. I fix this.
DM me or go to my website and complete the free evaluation/scholarship: https://t.co/AOfkDFim2Z
When a college coach “ghosts” a recruit, it usually means one thing:
You’re not a priority right now — not that you’re not good enough.
Coaches track hundreds of players and focus on a small group.
No response ≠ no future.
Follow up. Expand your list. Keep building leverage.

The very first step Andrew should take with that Prospect Link invitation is to register and complete his profile. Here’s the recommended sequence:
✅ Immediate Actions
Click the registration link in the email and create his Prospect Link account.
Fill out personal details — name, contact info, graduation year, position(s), physical metrics.
Upload highlight video — MLB clubs rely heavily on video for evaluation.
Add stats and background — batting averages, pitching velocity, academic info, etc.
Confirm communication settings — so he receives updates from clubs and the Commissioner’s Office.
I want to clarify the difference between an agent and an advisor, since Andrew’s Prospect Link invitation may raise questions about next steps.
An agent is a professional representative who negotiates contracts, signing bonuses, and endorsements once a player turns pro. Agents are paid a commission (usually 3–5% of contracts) and their involvement can affect NCAA eligibility if a player is still considering college baseball.
An advisor, on the other hand, provides guidance during the draft process without formally representing the player. Advisors can help families understand team interest, draft expectations, and signing decisions. Importantly, advisors do not negotiate directly with teams, which means using one does not jeopardize NCAA eligibility.
For Andrew’s current stage, an advisor is the safer choice. It allows him to receive professional guidance while keeping all college options open. An agent should only be considered once he is ready to sign a professional contract.
This distinction is important for protecting Andrew’s eligibility and ensuring the family makes informed decisions as opportunities develop.
Best regards, Coach Drew
