@CalBoydMtBethel Sorry to hear this.Grew up watching his teams at Campbell.Played against his teams at Berkmar & in recent years we became friends. We had lunch together at his house on https://t.co/BnXDzpN9QU was such a joy getting to know https://t.co/1SvDZr9CKU has lost a great man/coach!
Growing up in Cobb Co our family became friends w/ the Sutters.I’ll never forget the kindness of Bruce. Always went out of his way to be kind:buying me Big League Chew, giving me $20 to get candy, teaching me his famous splitter.U never forget the way people make U feel.
We are saddened over the passing of Bruce Sutter.
Sutter was a dominant pitcher and a member of the '82 World Series Championship team.
He is a member of both the National Baseball Hall of Fame and the Cardinals Hall of Fame.
Our thoughts are with Bruce's family and friends.
Adam Wainwright gets the start for the Cardinals this afternoon. Although we have no idea how many more times we'll see him wearing the birds on the bat in a ball game, it has truly been a pleasure.
Getting closer and closer to the end of Yadi, Waino, and Pujols together as teammates.

@tylerdavis1020 Xavier McDaniel was an absolute savage. But also skilled. Led the NCAA in scoring at Wichita St I believe. One of my all-time favorites.
The darkness/sadness of the murder of youth fball coach Mike Hickmon is so deep. On surface it’s a grim reminder of how “adults” are ruining youth sports. We have an epidemic of child worship in the US. On a deeper level its a product of a society seeking to rid itself of God.
