The best fitness advice for 2024 has nothing to do with your training programme or your nutrition plan.
It has everything to do with showing up…
Show up when you don’t want to.
Show up more than you did last year.
Show up more times than you don’t.
Show up more than ever.
No one should ever be in a position where they don’t feel confident in their own skin, BUT, what about promoting and educating on healthier nutrition habits, the physical and mental benefits of regular activity and not just the confidence but increased quality of life as a result

If you’re limited on time, 45-60 mins, 3x weekly and you’re winning🥇
You don’t need to train for hours to make meaningful change!
Rather than choosing foods based off how ‘healthy’ they are, focus more on how they digest and how they make you feel.
If you struggle to digest them due to gut issues, there’s a fair chance you can’t utilise them anyway.
Digestion quality is an underrated performance hack 😉

I shared this photo earlier because I was so proud of my effort at the @LondonMarathon but then someone commented that “you look like a sick, ugly man”. In that moment I felt so defeated so deleted it.
But now no. I am not letting the negativity of others win. I ❤️ this photo.

Keep showing up.

If you’re doing it, have a dig!

To yourself, no one else.
