I am beyond convinced that it’s impossible to be truly great at anything unless you experience an epic failure.
You need to feel rock bottom to put it all in perspective and show yourself how much you truly care about the final destination 💡.
Even though the portal is open, we are still looking for impact JUCO Bandits who can patrol the OF and pick it in the middle.
Speed or power both play at the plate :-)

Rejuvenate your softball career or just recycling the same experience...
Chase your fit out of the portal, not the optics of what division it is.

30 mile bike ride yesterday did not help I'm sure, but this was by far the hardest murph I've done.
Nothing compared to the ultimate sacrifice paid by so many to protect our way of life.
We remember today. #RIP#USA
The locker room was never just about sports.
It is one of the greatest classrooms in the world.
After 31 years in coaching and leadership, I believe that more than ever.
Here’s why:
[THREAD] 🧵

Most hitters quit on the process before it has a chance to work.
They feel good for a week → go 0-for-4 → start questioning everything.
They figure it out → go 1-for-9 → blow it up and start over.
They get hot for 3 weeks → go cold for 1 → spiral.
The hitters who lead the conference in doubles aren't the ones who avoided the slumps.
They're the ones who didn't freak out when they went cold, they adjust and keep at the process.
Consistent. Keep showing up.
No pouting. No 'poor me'.
Tag or send to a hitter who needs to see this.
Play for something bigger than yourself.
Stats fade.
Recognition comes and goes.
But purpose? That lasts.
When you step on that field, it’s not just about you.
It’s about your team.
Your growth.
The way you show up and impact others.
And even more than that—it’s about honoring the gifts God gave you.
Play with heart.
Play with joy.
Play with purpose.
Because the legacy you leave won’t be measured in numbers…
…it’ll be measured in how you made others better.
