They feel good for a week → go 0-for-4 → start questioning everything.

They figure it out → go 1-for-9 → blow it up and start over.

They get hot for 3 weeks → go cold for 1 → spiral.

The hitters who lead the conference in doubles aren't the ones who avoided the slumps.

They're the ones who didn't freak out when they went cold, they adjust and keep at the process.

Consistent. Keep showing up.
No pouting. No 'poor me'.
