Update 12/26 8:49 am. My luggage has been “found” by @AmericanAir and is being delivered. However, my wife’s luggage, which is literally in the same location as mine was, is NOT being delivered. Why would you not deliver bags going to the same address at the same time???

Don’t check a bag in @DFWAirport !! No telling when @AmericanAir will get my wife and I our bags… customer service has not been outstanding. The line of passengers who had their luggage left in DFW AFTER the American flight was canceled last night and we were stuck for the night

Update 12/25 5:42 am. luggage has not moved in over 48 hours (12/22 at 11:25 pm when we landed). There are 7 flights from @DFWAirport to Austin today. @AmericanAir please do the right thing and get people their luggage. This is happening to so many people it’s ridiculous.

@cmack0601 @AmericanAir My wife and I were stranded in @DFWAirport last night, and @AmericanAir ASSURED us that our luggage would be on our morning flight. Wrong. I stared at my AirTag as we started taxiing away. And our luggage has yet to move from the terminal we landed in last night.
