@hurdlecoach87 @MikeCunningham Verticals are rough! Lots of discrepancies & differences too between USATF, NCAA, other divisions, NFHS, or state associations.

@MikeCunningham My biggest issue is I wish they were housed all in one place. Especially those new officials or new coaches sometimes don’t know rules because a state association is different than NFHS or it’s in the administrative handbook instead.

@MikeCunningham Be sure you know how to manage time and know what are the priorities. Set boundaries for yourself. You are one man and it’s easy to get consumed. There has to be a work/life balance.

Big shout out Zhills and Springstead Vault Crews today: 12 out of 14 athletes went out at PRs or did PR. Sydney moves to #2 all time at Springstead and Aliviya wins GC8 going out at 2.75 barely missing.

Bradley goes out at 3.60 winning GC8, Gio #2. Zeph boys 1-4 all new PRs
