[JC Thomas | Recruiting Coordinator @COACH_JCTHOMAS]

I'm JC Thomas, Recruiting Coordinator and WR/DB Coach at South Putnam High School in Indiana.

For 18 years, I've been fortunate to coach great athletes, build relationships with college coaches, and help student-athletes pursue opportunities beyond high school.

My mission is simple:

🏈 Develop Players
🎓 Educate Families
📈 Create Exposure
🤝 Build Relationships

Recruiting is about more than earning an offer. It's about finding the right fit academically, athletically, and personally.
College coaches, high school coaches, athletes, and families, my DMs are always open.

The lie of winning is real.

We chase the trophy.
We chase the championship.

Then you wake up the next morning and realize, nothing really changed.

That’s why fulfillment can’t come from the result.

It has to come from the process.
The journey.
The pursuit of getting better.

Sean McVay nailed leadership in one word:

Elevator.

Lift people up. Help them reach their potential. Make them better because you were part of their journey.

That’s leadership. 🔥
