Raised 4sons, we didn’t come from money, we told them that if they wanted a football scholarship, they would have to outwork the next person. Football was their chance to attend college, leave the rock, and build a better life. We scraped together every dollar we could to send them to camps, and they gave everything they had years of hard work, sacrifice, blood, sweat, and tears. imagine your child doing everything asked of him, earning a schollie offer then losing that opportunity because former NFL players are being recruited over high your kids. To some people, it may be just a roster spot, but to that child and his family, it is a dream, years of sacrifice, and a promise that once meant something. Unless you have lived this journey it may be hard to understand why this hurts so deeply. If colleges are going to recruit former NFL players instead of giving high school students their opportunity then let’s stop calling it college athletics and call it what it really is pre-professional competition.

Played D1 Coached D1 & D2. Definitely some fan material. Show me some good football this week please 🙏
6 years later dealing with the side effects of a vaccine nobody wanted to get but forced on players if we wanted to keep our job. The people deserve the truth.
I’m so glad I started thinking for myself. It’s gonna hurt them once they realize their favorite players also “think for themselves” and aren’t sheep.
We can’t fix the stupidity in this country through social media but day by day more professional athletes feel the same way.

I have a proposition for OL/DL pass rush drills. Instead of pure 1-on-1 pass rush, redesign the drill so the OL chooses on his own whether to run block or pass block. This makes it reactionary for the DL the most realistic version of the drill. I’m tired of seeing guys tee off on OL then disappear during team periods.
