We are currently investigating a fibre cut caused by construction impacting Legacy TV services where customers in Eastern and Northern Ontario may see their image cutting in and out. Our teams are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We have located the source of the damage to our equipment and confirmed that the interruption of TV services in the Burlington and Oakville areas is due to a fibre cut.
