Big reveal!

During his celebrations at Ulster University and whilst reminiscing that sixty years ago he came to Belfast as a young body builder, he was asked ‘but have ya tackled the hills in Colin Glen?’. Well, challenge accepted!

Good morning. Unfortunately we have to cancel today’s event due to ice on the course.

Thanks to those of you who volunteered & to Joe for doing the early course check.

After several volunteer shout outs, we don’t have enough people to fill the roster for a safe event tomorrow & have to cancel parkrun.

Please consider volunteering for future events, to prevent this happening again.

After an inspection of the paths this evening, we have decided to cancel tomorrow’s #parkrun.

Some paths are iced over & with the temperatures to drop overnight, the course will remain unsafe.

Fingers crossed for some parkrun tourism tomorrow…..or a lie in 🤪
