This is the last surviving structure in Franklinton that's directly tied to its founder, Lucas Sullivant. He built this modest office in 1822.
Facing threats of demolition, the building was moved across town in 1983, where it still stands today.
Last week, construction began on the former Ford Plant/Kroger Bakery off Cleveland Ave.
The buildings will be restored to house 351 apartments, plus shops, restaurants, and office spaces.

This is where I wanted to say thanks to the community who had supported me for all the years I played.โ โ Jack Nicklaus
