Hello. Budget billing is designed to reduce your immediate payment and place the remaining balance of the bill into a deferred status. Your payment amount is set for six months and based on the previous twelve months of usage for your residence. You’ll either build up a balance due or a credit. On the six month your deferred balance will be due or you’ll have a credit balance. Your budget payment is then recalculated based on your most recent usage and you’ll be placed back on the budget billing plan. Please view our video for more info on budget billing: https://t.co/W9njwZ0zgZ
