Pennsylvania joins a growing list of other states where the DOJ's baseless lawsuits seeking private voter data have been thrown out, dealing blow after blow to Trump's weaponized DOJ. Read more: https://t.co/RHTuCfDtTY
A BIG win for the privacy of PA voters. A federal judge has dismissed the DOJ's lawsuit demanding the state turn over sensitive voter data. @commoncausepa filed to intervene in this lawsuit and we are pleased to see this court defend our elections from executive branch overreach.
As Judge Bissoon wrote in her decision, this request from DOJ had no legal basis and is instead part of an attempt to construct "a nationwide voter-database, for potential weaponization in future elections."
We've been shouting it from the rooftops: ballot curing best practices get the best results for counting mail ballots.
And now, a new study backs us up. Read more here:

Bayard Rustin was a remarkable organizer with a strong connection to Pennsylvania. Born in West Chester, he was one of the principle organizers of the March on Washington. For #pridemonth and all year long, we celebrate his contribution to a fair and just world.
Before the world heard Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" speech, Bayard Rustin helped make that moment possible.
As an openly gay civil rights strategist and organizer of the 1963 March on Washington, his leadership helped change America.
This #PrideMonth, we honor his legacy. ๐ณ๏ธโ๐
๐ณ๏ธโ๐ This Pride Month, we honor the LGBTQ+ leaders, advocates & everyday voters who power our democracy.
Attacks on equality are attacks on democracyโand we wonโt stand for them.
Weโre fighting for a system where EVERY voice counts.

Did you know that in Pennsylvania, 17 of our 67 counties have ONE or NO local news outlets? We need public interest journalism across the state to inform voters and hold power accountable. That's why @commoncausepa is a proud partner of @local_news_day. #LocalNewsDay
