I guess a good chunk of my brain space is how many base cards are in each pokemon set now. Saw the number 167 today and instantly thought of twilight masquerade😂

Expected turnaround time is up to 45 business days. Your order will remain on “received” for the majority of that time, before quickly going through the rest of the steps towards the end. This is expected with the increase in orders.

I do agree with you on them not getting marked as received, as its JUST A BIT nerve racking when you send a couple thousand in cards, just to then have no confirmation they actually made it to the place for days or weeks.
