World Emoji Day is technically about little yellow faces.
The real ones are at every developer event.
The face when the demo works on stage. The face when the 48-hour build wins. The face when nobody wants to go home.
Happy World Emoji Day. π

Three new communities on Commudle.
The DesAIgn Square - design meets AI
Nerds Room - students, builders, innovators
Unstack'd - REA Cyber City's tech community, Gurugram
Different missions. Same platform.
Welcome. π
Every campus ambassador program starts with a spreadsheet and ends with 12 tools stitched together.
Commudle runs the whole lifecycle - applications, tracking, messaging, events - in one place.
#DevRel
A Commudle user wanted to email different groups of registrants. Email filtering didn't exist yet.
So they used Statuses. Added people to different statuses, messaged by status. It worked.
We love this. What workarounds have you found?
World Population Day.
0.58% of the world could build software before AI.
SlashData projects the global developer population nearly doubles by 2030 β before accounting for what AI is doing to who can build.
Not a productivity, An access story.

@SarvamAI challenged builders to build AI that actually works for India's users.
PULSE took 2nd place overall. VoiceCV AI, Vani AI, MatdaanMitra rounded out the track.
Not wrappers. Built for specific people. 48 hours. HackDays Delhi
Five AI shifts this week worth knowing:
Sonnet 5 as default. Copilot pricing backfire. Google's search redesign. Apple's Foundation Models open to devs. Open source now matching proprietary.
The CFP process is where most community events break.
Submissions in one place. Reviews by email. Notifications by hand. Programme in a doc nobody can find.
Commudle runs the whole thing inside your community workspace.
Always a pleasure to connect with the developer community and exchange ideas on what's shaping the future of cloud-native and AI.
Had a great time speaking at @DevConnect. The discussion focused on moving beyond demos and covering workload identity, least-privilege access, Kubernetes-native security, policy enforcement, and the guardrails needed to run agentic workloads safely at scale.
What made the session even more valuable were the conversations that continued afterward. The questions, perspectives, and real-world challenges shared by attendees reinforced how rapidly this space is evolving and why security needs to be part of the conversation from day one.
A big thank you to @DevConnect and @Commudle for organizing the event and creating a platform for meaningful technical discussions. Grateful to everyone who attended, participated, and made the session interactive.
Looking forward to many more conversations with the community!

CDN ran Hack Days in Delhi on Commudle. Registration, teams, submissions, judging, announcements.
No Google Sheets. Not one.

"From teaching tools to teaching thinking."

Early DevRel: show developers how to use the product. The shift: help developers think differently about their own problems.

Most community builders build a website before they have 100 members.
Commudle communities are already indexed. Your events and community page are searchable from day one.
No separate site. No extra SEO.

Most founders spend months looking for a problem to solve.
Vatsal Mishra built GapBase: 520+ validated business gaps across 7 industries. Researched, not guessed.

Piazza reached 2,000+ schools across 90 countries.
Pooja Sankar built the first version in 10 days. It launched at Stanford.
She built it because she had been afraid to ask questions in class. She solved a human problem.
What friction does your developer community carry?
Developer communities are missing their water cooler.
Every office had one, never scheduled, never on a calendar. People just ended up there.
We built events, newsletters, hacks, forgot the space for unplanned conversations.
What does your community look like between events?
Still sending external Form links for community surveys?
Commudle has a survey builder inside the workspace. Send to your members. Get responses back. No separate tool. No extra link.
