@HMRCcustomers hello I got a letter dated 18 August 2023 saying my tax had been reviewed for 21/22 and 22/23 and all was correct. I have a letter today from LCS saying you’ve passed it to them and I owe £1233.62. 03002003310 on the letter disconnects as I’m with LCS.

@HMRCcustomers I did it’s a 2022 simple assessment and they’ve put it on hold but haven’t said what’s next.

@HMRCcustomers Hi :) this year I claimed it as self assessment “other” and it’s gone through fine. Last year the complaints team processed it for me so I’m guessing it’s either PAYE or Self Assessment which they used

But LCS don’t seem to understand my issue as I’m not paid via PAYE and it’s classed as self assessment other. Is there someone I can ring who can help?
