@PonyTailMagic Unfortunately, we have NOT received the address via Direct Message. Would you like me to contact directly via Telephone. If so, please Direct Message the best number we can reach you at. ~KM
@PonyTailMagic Yes, and can you also send me the address of were the defective streetlight is located so i can create the Electric Emergency Report. ~KM
@PonyTailMagic Please provide the address of the defective streetlight and we will generate Electric Emergency Ticket and include the stop tag number you provided to expedite this issue. ~KM
The work order number provided is only 6 digits. A work order service request is typically 8 digits for a standard DOT streetlight repair service request in NYC. The number provided appears to be a STOP TAG number. Stop Tags are issued out the moment that DOT or contractor crew inspect a streetlight and confirms there is problem. ~KM
@PonyTailMagic Thank you for your prompt response. Please provide the Work Order Number, and we will review it immediately to gather further details. ~KM
@PonyTailMagic Con Edison is responsible for supplying power to the streetlights, while the Department of Transportation (DOT) handles their maintenance. Could you please provide the DOT Work Order Number, so we can check the status of the repairs? ~KM
