Cincinnati does opening day right! We’re finishing up the parade and once our safety checks are done, we’ll power back up and begin service. Current estimate is around 4pm, right before first pitch. Go @Reds!

Include this message:
“I would like to cast my vote for Metro, TANK, BCRTA, and the Cincinnati Connector to represent the four railroad spaces.”
Let’s put transit on the board!
Cincinnati is getting its own Monopoly board 🎲
Let’s make sure transit gets the railroad spots.
@Connector_Cincy , @cincinnatimetro , @tankbus , and @BCRTA are encouraging the community to vote.
Despite the snow and freezing temperatures, @connector_cincy January ridership numbers show a strong start to the year with 64,951 riders - up 10,374 riders from January 2025. Thanks to all our riders who value the streetcar as much as we do!
We have started service for the day! We plan to continue regular streetcar service until the end of our normal operating hours tonight (11:30pm) and will again reassess the track conditions tomorrow morning.
Service alert 🚨 - service will be delayed this morning. Crews are working to address large amounts of snow on the tracks in certain areas of our route. We will update when we are able to start running service. Apologies for any inconvenience!
Update: We are up and running! We are planning to continue until the end of regular service tonight at 9:30pm. We will reassess tomorrow morning. Big thanks to our team and all the crews that worked hard to clear off the tracks and stations! @WeMoveCincy@CityOfCincy
🚨 Service Alert 🚨 - Due to the amount of snow that still needs to be cleared from the tracks, we need to delay service starting this morning. Crews are working hard, and we will update as soon as we can safely start service.
Update: Stations are cleared (for the moment, since we are still seeing snowfall). Crews are continuing to work on clearing snow off the tracks. Hopeful for an early afternoon start of service for the day, depending on additional snow. Stay tuned!
As snow starts falling on the alignment, our crews have been busy ensuring that we can maintain service throughout this winter weather. We will update any service changes via social media, but are hopeful that we’ll keep our normal operating hours. Everyone stay safe and warm!
