Pour la refuser, vous devez y faire opposition via un mail tombé… dans les spams, même si vous n’y avez pas souscrit. Des clients dénoncent une "manipulation insupportable" alors que le contrat de souscription ne repose sur aucun consentement préalable. L’opérateur avait déjà eu recours à cette pratique.
