10 revenue-generating AI services you can sell to clients:
1. Abandoned-quote / cart recovery agent: auto re-engages prospects who started a quote or checkout and dropped off. Recovers sales that were already 80% closed.
2. AI upsell & cross-sell engine: triggers the right add-on offer at point of sale or post-purchase. Lifts average order value on every transaction.
3. Outbound prospecting agent (AI SDR): finds, enriches, and personalizes cold outreach to net-new accounts. Builds pipeline that didn't exist before.
4. Stalled-deal closer: chases every quote or proposal that went quiet until it's a yes or a no. Most businesses send a quote once and forget it. This captures the deals sitting in limbo.
5. Win-back / churn-save agent: detects at-risk and lapsed accounts and fires save offers. Protects and recovers recurring revenue.
6. DM-to-sale social closer: turns Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook DMs and comments into booked calls. Monetizes the audience they already built.
7. Reorder / replenishment agent: predicts when a customer is due to rebuy a consumable or renew a service and prompts them at the right moment. Manufactures repeat revenue.
8. List monetization engine: segments their existing customer and email list and runs targeted promo campaigns on autopilot. Turns a dormant asset into recurring sales.
9. Referral-mining agent: identifies happy customers and automates the referral ask at peak satisfaction. New revenue at near-zero acquisition cost.
10. Bid / RFP response agent (B2B): drafts fast, personalized, winning bid responses. More bids submitted at higher quality means more contracts won.
I got 7 qualified leads from one event for my AI business.
It took 2 hours and cost me $0.
Here are 7 (free) ways anyone can find clients for an AI services business.
They require nothing more than your time.
What connects all of them: a free 15-minute mini AI assessment. That's the foot in the door for every method.
The playbook:
1. Host an AI meetup. The best by far. Free venue, 20-min talk on Claude, then Q&A. Capture every name, email, and phone at the door. Local AI knowledge is so low that "basic" still blows minds.
2. Knock doors. Fastest path to a client today. A guy DM'd me: knocked 30 doors, 5 appointments, 2 clients. Do 10 walk-ins a week, land 1-2 clients a week.
3. LinkedIn outreach. Not the AI spam you hate. Target owners in your city, 10-50 employees. 20 DMs a day. Open with a question. Never sell on message one.
4. Free audits for your network. The easiest one. Friends, gym, church. Find one bottleneck, prescribe one tool. Screenshot every "I never knew that existed." Those are your first testimonials.
5. Partner with agencies. They already have your future clients, and those clients are all asking about AI. Be their AI guy, give them a cut. One partner can send 50+ leads a year.
6. Host AI office hours. Sit in a coworking space 2 hours, answer questions free. The owner loves having somewhere to send AI questions. Every answer is content.
7. Post your wins. Stay top of mind. Screenshot texts (with permission), mix wins with education. LinkedIn is the best platform for this.
Where to start: don't try all 7. Host one meetup. Knock 10 doors a week. Offer free audits to your network. The rest come later.

I literally got an F in computer science 1 in college.
But I'm still making a full-time income selling AI services to SMBs.
Here's how I went from zero AI knowledge to "expert" in 30 days:
I opened Claude and pasted this prompt:
"Interview me to figure out my current level of AI expertise. Based on my answers and the gaps in my knowledge, build me a 30-day self-guided course that teaches me AI, how to build skills, and how to use the main tools. Each day should take 20 to 30 minutes of hands-on practice."
It asked me questions to figure out my actual knowledge level then built a course tailored to my gaps.
But I actually followed it for 30 days whereas most people will do maybe up to day 3 then quit.
The course is free and personalized but the discipline to follow through it what counts.
Do this for a month and you're easily in the top 1% of people in terms of AI knowledge.
That's enough to start having real conversations with business owners and selling AI solutions.
And honestly, do it even if you never plan to sell a thing. This is stuff everyone needs to know now.

Here's the exact structure of the template I use to deliver the report to clients (steal it):
1. Executive summary - Summarize their #1 pain. Preview the hours they'll get back. Name the ROI lever you're pulling: more money, more time, or better quality.
2. Effort vs impact matrix - Only one quadrant matters. High impact, low effort. Quick wins. Everything else gets ignored or parked for later.
3. Quick wins at a glance - Pain point → tool that fixes it. "No way to capture client calls" → Fathom "Cluttered inbox" → SaneBox
4. Recommended solutions (3 to 5 tools) - For each: the tool, the pain it fixes, why you picked it, the cost, setup difficulty, and time saved per week.
5. The 4-day quick wins plan - Day 1: sign up. Days 2 to 4: one action each. Each day takes under 10 minutes. If they run all 4, they capture 50% of the report's value on their own.
6. What comes after quick wins - This is the money slide. Anything high impact but high effort (CRM build, Zapier automation, funnel) goes here. These are your upsells. "Want my help building these? Let's talk."
7. Financial impact - Weekly hours saved × their hourly rate × 4 weeks - monthly tool cost = net monthly ROI. 5 hrs/week at $100/hr = $2,000/mo. Minus $50 in tools = $1,950/mo back in their pocket. Put this slide first. It frames everything after it.
8. Next steps - Link straight to your calendar for the review call.
You can grab the actual template in the quoted tweet below.
I’m giving away the full template that I use to deliver my $999 AI Assessment reports.
Completely free.
I just rebuilt it from the ground up in Claude Design.

Close more $1,500/mo AI Concierge deals with this simple strategy:
Sounds counterintuitive but it works.
The first thing I tell a new prospect: I'm not going to automate anything on day one.
If you want someone to come in and start bolting AI onto your business immediately, I'm not your guy.
Because if you automate a broken process, all you've done is make the inefficiency run faster.
So we run the AOA framework first.
Audit → Walk me through how you do it today. The full manual process, step by step. I'm not touching anything until I understand it.
Optimize → We'll fix the process before we automate it. The thing you're doing in 12 steps can usually be done in 7. We cut it down first.
Automate → Now we add AI. Usually that means turning the process into a skill. But there's no point building a skill around 12 steps when it only needed 7.
Telling them this up front sets the expectation before any money changes hands.
Anyone who tells you they'll walk in and automate on day one doesn't know what they're doing.
Every time I walk someone through this, I watch the lightbulb go off. "Oh, that actually makes sense. Let's move forward."
Set the foundation first. The trust follows.

It's simple.
It's high value.
And it doesn't require you to be technical or build some giant custom system.

10 days into copying @coreyganim’s “ai concierge” …and I have my first dollars.
$19, to be exact.
I did a 19$ for 19-min AI executive assistant build.
Massively underpriced I know, but gotta start somewhere.
@boringmarketer this is sauce.
can apply to any biz too not just boring/local.
ex: scrape competitors landing pages/offers and see what pain points they're not addressing, which market gaps exist, etc.
lots of opportunity that wasn't possible pre-AI

@Chrisfotomaras you don't, it's not meant to be a million dollar offer.
i've repeatedly said that I'm capping this offer at 6 clients. I have 5 right now.
but it's a great way to get your feet wet with AI services as you build other revenue streams
