Cork City Library celebrated the 250th Birthday of Jane Austen with a costumed talk by Dr Melissa Shiels.
She displayed day and evening wear worn by elite Regency women with examples of their daily activities. It finished with a demonstration of tea etiquette from the period.
Samantha helped make the season merry and bright with an afternoon of festive storytelling in the Children's Library. πβ¨
