Otherwise, groceries are cheaper in Atlanta than here.

It's not July 4th until your neighbor drunkenly backs out of his driveway--in his own front yard--& gets his truck stuck on top of the fire hydrant he drove over, then wants to argue that he's in his own yard when they arrest him for DUI.
