I’ll be at Solana Summit Serbia next week 🇷🇸
2 days in Belgrade hosted by legendary @SuperteamBLKN.
@craftsdev build infrastructure for liquid venture investing: helping companies raise on-chain through equity-linked tokens and fair price discovery.
Who is going? Vidimo se! 🇷🇸
Liquid private markets only work if great founders actually want to participate.
Otherwise you get adverse selection: weaker companies go public, strong investors stay away, and the market deteriorates.
The Crafts Anchor Board is our answer.
Yesterday we launched the Crafts Anchor Board: a private network for high-signal capital deployers to review curated startups, meet founders, and pre-commit before rounds open publicly on Crafts.
We built it because open access and serious underwriting should reinforce each other, not compete.
Investors share their mandate once and our AI engine matches their thesis with curated frontier startups.
Selected members conduct deeper diligence and can pre-commit for early allocation. Anchor Board Leads run founder calls, coordinate diligence, and help anchor selected rounds.
For founders, this builds informed demand before launch and brings investors who can help win customers, recruit talent, expand distribution, and bring follow-on capital.
Sticky capital should not mean locked capital. It should mean investors with enough context and conviction to take a longer view, creating a holder base that can strengthen early price discovery and bring stability with high-potential for growth
For investors, it means less random deal flow, deeper access, and a real role in companies they are equipped to underwrite.
Anchor and public allocations settle at the same uniform, market-cleared price, based on real demand through our sealed bid auction.
Feel free to hit me up if you want to be involved.
Strong rounds are built by more than capital.
Our first Anchor Board partners contribute where they are strongest: sourcing founders, pressure-testing companies, opening ecosystem doors, and putting every Crafts launch in front of the right people.
Meet the first group.
One of the key challenges in creating liquid markets for private companies is adverse selection.
You can attract deal flow, but without strong founder quality, credible investors won’t step up to lead and anchor rounds.
Over the past months, we’ve spent a lot of time talking to investors, curating strong capital deployers, and understanding what they need to underwrite private companies before a liquid round opens.
We turned those learnings into a new investor flow, and one of the core building blocks of Crafts going forward.
Tomorrow.
