@jahb110955 Thanks James, glad you are enjoying it and hope your dad does too

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

A puff of the cheeks and long exhale to hear The Batmaker of Copenhagen just missed out on final six for the Cricket Writers club book of the year but proud to make the long list in a really strong field this year. Pleased my Danish WW2 cricket espionage thriller added variety

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@huwzat @jamesjhawkes I did some work for the ICC over in Corfu about a decade or so ago. Ended up on local television!

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

Chuffed about this. Fingers crossed

@huwzat And if you like cricket and espionage you may enjoy The Batmaker of Copenhagen

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

Great to see that The Batmaker of Copenhagen is the most wished for cricket book on Amazon right now

So what is the general feeling of whether an expanded T20 WC with more Associate Teams worked well? Are general fans interested in fate and development of smaller teams?

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@PaulRadley Too many heroes of the non test game don’t get recognition when they hang up their boots so good to see this. I still miss Khurrum Khan

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@andrewnixon79 Very encouraging

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@huwzat @WritingDesk27 @englandcricket @CricketScotland @cricketireland @GeorgeDobell1 With Dutch involved? I think ECB should play greater role in developing European cricket in general

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

Delighted that The Batmaker of Copenhagen proving such a popular gift for Father’s Day and still gaining interest and sales two months after publication. If you like cricket and espionage thrillers this may be for you

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@coynejames Incredible book. Partly what inspired me to write a cricket themed novel

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@CricketErik Hope he, and you, enjoy it

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

A Danish cricket legend with a Danish cricket novel @dcfcricket

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

The Nightwatchman, Wisden’s quarterly, is a wonderful publication showcasing the best long form cricket writing. Had been a while since I’d contributed so I’m delighted this issue features an excerpt from my espionage cricket novel, The Batmaker of Copenhagen. @PitchPublishing

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

Great to be contributing to the Nightwatchman again. This issue contains an excerpt from my WW2 resistance cricket heroism novel The Batmaker of Copenhagen. Hope you enjoy

[The Nightwatchman @NightwatchmanXI]

Issue 46 of The Nightwatchman is out now in both print and digital, featuring wonderful writing from @mattapple1, @nicholas_hogg, @CricketKnow, @MelanieVerwoerd, @MenarySteve and more.

@andrewnixon79 In my view ECB should play a regional development role that includes ensuring regular fixtures against European neighbours

[Tim Brooks @cricketatlas]

@timwig Indeed, people judge a whole cricket nation on a weakened 11. Very frustrating

[Emerging Cricket @EmergingCricket]

Ahead of the biggest #T20WorldCup of all time, it’d only make sense to punch out a HUGE preview 👀

@DGBeswick1 and @HeliocentCric sit down with @BdJcricket for an unrivaled show 👊
