Columbus police say a 15-year-old turned herself in after allegedly shooting and killing a 37-year-old man. Jorge Fernando Guevara Rodriguez just happened to walk outside, on his way to the grocery store when he got shot. Hi brother says, “he never did harm to anyone.” @wsyx6
