tweeting occasionally some theology and lots of stuff. working in public theology @Corrymeela but everything here is my own fault

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

@revdoccharlie Would you seriously want him responding?

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

This is something. See and hear, in real time, the pain and frustration of generations

[Amol Rajan @amolrajan]

This is one of the most amazing clips you will ever see, capturing perfectly the lifelong anguish of some many Americans who happen to black, and want merely the dignity and peace their compatriots take for granted. Please watch - and learn

@MartinJMagill @YouTube Thanks Martin

Last night @therepairshop reminded me of a country I’d like to live in. A place where when things break down there are skilled, and kind-hearted people who empathise with those suffering loss and are brilliant enough to fix it with no fuss

I don’t currently live in that country

It may be hagiography, but if there’s a better doc about a sport and/or an athlete than #thelastdance then you need to tell me about it

Even knowing the outcomes of games the sheer artistry, competitiveness, athleticism and storytelling had me out of my seat lots #MichaelJordan

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

Dear @BBCNews I’m watching a fascinating doc on Russia which you’ve obviously invested heavily in

So please explain to me why I need that terrible and distracting scrolling news banner at the bottom of the screen?

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

@luess94 @foxlanebooks @duanalla @hopeful_willow @TheTad92 You’re so sweet!!!

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

@charlieknox1 wow Charlie...you have a better memory than me. I wish I had remembered it when I was writing the other...but then, there's not that much a difference (and I probably stole that quotation anyway!)

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

Delighted to have been asked, and equally delighted to contribute, several lightweight words on THE heavyweight word, Grace.

It helped me reflect on the fact that this response is very different to what I would have done a decade or more ago.

Thanks @TheTad92 and @LeftSideUp1

[Left Side Up @LeftSideUpNI]

New 'Grace Notes' blog post has been published!

This one is from the wonderful @crookedshore .

A mediation on watching and letting be, on grace as a visitation. A really calming read here, folks.

Learning wisdom from our garden during the pandemic, from supplicant rhubarb to the full bodied singing of the robin

@DentedSaint @CarlBovisNature These are fantastic. We now keep the binoculars by the sink waiting for our two to appear each day. Love the flash of yellow on the wing

@kevinhargaden @duanalla @hopeful_willow But he’s Anglican Kevin, not sure our Presbyterians could cope with it

[Glenn Jordan @crookedshore]

@kevinhargaden @duanalla @hopeful_willow Robert is fantastic. Did an outstanding workshop for us 2 summers ago in Ballycastle on theologies of Eucharist and reconciliation. Can still remember it in detail

thinking about the wisdom of pausing in a crisis, turning aside and asking a question about what this all means and how we might change

‘This is a book about Heaven’ he says, and he’s right. I think if I was abandoned on a desert island, I would need no other distraction, it alone would suffice. A thing of wonder in the English language
