Got an email from a “supervisor” this morning.

Apparently, NONE of my accounts are now eligible to open an @XMoney account with no explanation able to be given.

What the actual fuck?

@XMoney I am extremely disappointed that I can not reactivate my X Money account after closing it to try to open a new one on a different X account.

I was told to redo the verification process on this account, only to find out that the "...decision.." to NOT reopen it "...is final, and we will not be able to accept further submissions or additional information for this onboarding attempt."

This account was open previously. My identity has not changed. Nothing has changed with this account.

Any assistance with this matter beyond what the regular support agents can do would be greatly appreciated.

@Tesla2Lucid @Ford Nothing from Rivian corporate, but a lot of the local @RivianClubs have off-road events!

We're fortunate @BayAreaRivians to have someone that actually owns an off-road training academy. We also do a lot of monthly campfire chats centered around off-roading and EV ownership.
