I am truly devastated. Niantic Support did not understand my situation and have written me that my account has been deleted (it got banned…)

@MxKestrel Probably someone hacked my Trainer Club entry data. Stole my lvl44 account and have started a brand new account yesterday. If I log into my account I can only play with an account started yesterday (it is lvl4…)

@NianticHelp I tried to contact Niantic support, but got strande replies: seemingly they don’t understand my situation and have replied that I have been banned from the game.
I have always played honestly and have not cheated…
