A concerning experience at Chennai Airport today. A lady travelling with children and heavy luggage was left stranded because the designated taxi stand is located quite far from the terminal, with little or no assistance available for families, senior citizens, or passengers with special needs.
Requesting the authorities to kindly review this issue and provide better support and transport accessibility. I am sure many families face this challenge every day.
