@emma_ducros 😂oui, c’est bien dit ! Richelieu disait à propos du maréchal d’Ancre : « il brouillonne, il bouillonne comme l’écume et en a la consistance » :)
Today, millions of people saw a Russian drоne huntіng a civilian man in Kherson as he was selling vegetables.
I read countless comments from people saying they couldn’t believe this could happen in 2026.
But it does. Every single day.
And you can’t imagine how many Russіan wаr crіmes the world never sees because there is no camera recording them.
Yet after all of this, many people still talk about russian culture.
Wake up…
The Ceuta mess is not some random border flare-up. It is a textbook hybrid pressure point, and the pattern is now so familiar it is almost boring. Kremlin doctrine has long treated migration as a precision weapon against European cohesion. We saw it on the Polish-Belarusian border, in the Baltics, and now it is Spain's turn. The Telegraph's 2025 reporting, citing EU Commission and Western intel sources, laid out exactly how Russian military assets worked with Haftar's people to air-bridge migrants from Africa straight into Belarus as cannon fodder for political destabilization. Same move, just somewhere else.
What makes these operations elegant from the aggressor's perspective is that geography does not matter. One spark on the southern flank of the EU immediately becomes ammunition for the entire bloc. Social strain, security costs, and most importantly the political dividend: every fresh wave supercharges the very populist parties that European governments themselves label as systemic risks. And those parties, surprise surprise, tend to carry water for Moscow, whether through direct dependence, shared talking points, or useful-idiot naivety. Meloni calling for Schengen suspension with Spain, Austria screaming about threats to the whole Union, Sweden and the Dutch demanding immediate restoration of control, Finland nodding along; none of this is really about the 48,000 people Madrid claims to have deported back to Morocco with army help. It is about the electoral ricochet. Polish elections, French contests, German local votes, Meloni's own headaches; the crisis lands right on schedule to tilt the field. That is the return on investment Kremlin seeks. They do not need to own the migrants. They only need the panic.
Direct forensic proof that the Kremlin wired this specific Ceuta episode together is still absent. But the circumstantial stack is damning. Preceding contacts between Moscow and Rabat on fuel supplies. Latvia slamming its own border with Belarus shut the moment the Spanish situation blew up, clearly expecting the hybrid migraine to spread. And then the information operation, which Ukraine's Foreign Minister openly flagged: over 1,500 propaganda hits pushed through the Pravda and RT networks in a compressed window. Language targeting tells the real story; 46 percent Spanish, 21 percent English, 8 percent German, with French, Italian, Danish, Czech, Polish versions following. That is not organic outrage. That is a pre-loaded narrative machine waiting for the match to be struck. Whether the Kremlin organized the spark or simply had foreknowledge and exploited it at industrial scale is almost academic. Exploiting that information on its own amounts to hybrid aggression. Speed, volume, and linguistic precision do not happen by coincidence.
Zoom out and the strategic motive sharpens. 2027 is the year EU decisions on full decoupling from Russian gas and LNG bite hard. Spain sits at the hinge; it is the gateway for African gas imports meant to replace Moscow's supply. The Trans-Saharan Gas Pipeline, targeting 30 billion cubic meters annually, is moving forward. Algeria is expanding infrastructure, relations with Madrid and Brussels have warmed, and Algiers is showing visible cooling toward its old Moscow patron. Morocco, on the other hand, has every incentive to torpedo improved EU-Algeria ties and trigger a Spanish government crisis that buys the Kremlin time until a more favorable political window opens, perhaps in France. Sanchez is already bleeding from corruption scandals, parliamentary headaches, and his Trump spat. A migration wave at the worst possible moment, followed by European partners piling on, is the perfect pile of stones on an already unstable slope. The political effect is already delivered even if the tactical crisis is contained.
Pretending these events are disconnected local accidents is the kind of Western self-delusion that keeps feeding the aggressor new tools.
The Sberbank CFO just admitted out loud what the Kremlin has been papering over for months: Russian banks have no free ruble liquidity left to buy the Finance Ministry's OFZ bonds. Cash outflows hit roughly 2 trillion rubles since the start of the year, and even after the Central Bank dumped another 2 trillion into the system in July, pushing bank debt to the regulator to a record 6.24 trillion (nearly double the 3.64 trillion at end-2025), it is still not enough. That is not a temporary hiccup. That is accumulated exhaustion in a banking sector that has been forced into quasi-mandatory repo schemes to finance endless war deficits.
Look at the pattern. By August they had borrowed only 2.8 trillion of the planned 5.5 trillion on the domestic market, and the forecast is already being revised upward by at least another trillion. No demand meant auctions were canceled from late June onward; by July 22 the Ministry simply halted bond sales indefinitely "until https://t.co/VWCiMKNyxd the second half of 2024 they only hit half their quarterly target and had to cook up coercive repo tricks to force banks to buy government debt while the Central Bank printed quietly and trapped the cash in a closed loop. Back then the bubble was smaller. Now it has inflated dramatically and the demand still refuses to appear. The tool that was supposed to fix the last crisis is itself breaking under the weight of the next one.
Ukraine faces a slow-motion banking and sovereign debt crisis because Moscow has no external capital markets left. Sanctions severed that artery years ago. The only remaining circuit is this internal loop of central bank liquidity, coerced bank purchases, and ever-higher yields that further crowd out any real economy lending. When that loop finally seizes, the Kremlin loses the ability to fund the war machine without choosing between default, hyperinflation, or politically suicidal cuts to security spending. And they are already choosing the latter in practice by printing and hoping nobody notices the growing mismatch between reported liquidity and actual capacity.
The frequent question is always "when does the real crisis hit?" It has been here for over a year. The relevant metric is depth, not calendar date. We will know the system has reached the depth that actually constrains Kremlin political goals only in hindsight, by whether they can still hit the full-year borrowing target despite quarterly misses. Expect another failed third quarter, followed by political pressure on the Central Bank to inflate the bubble even larger, sweeter yields, and another round of forced purchases. As long as every actor in that chain can still perform their assigned role, the regime muddles through. The moment any link, whether a major bank, the Ministry, or the regulator, cannot or will not close the loop, the music stops. That moment is approaching faster than Kremlin propagandists want to admit.
Add the surrounding decay visible in every adjacent indicator: Chinese growth collapsing to 4.3 percent in Q2, the weakest in nearly four decades, which shrinks the export market Moscow depends on; pawnshops forecasting 60 percent profit growth as ordinary Russians pawn everything they own; capital flight by Putin-connected billionaires hitting tens of billions in crypto, Dubai real estate, and Gulf funds; looming mobilization signals already triggering cash runs and emigration. Even regime-adjacent voices are starting to sound fatalistic. The managerial errors are compounding because the system is overloaded and Putin operates on illusions rather than data.
None of this guarantees collapse next week. Authoritarian regimes can stagger on far longer than equilibrium models predict by sheer coercion. But every cycle of this repo shell game makes the next one harder, the bubble larger, and the eventual correction more violent.

🇷🇺🇨🇳 China is Russia’s main war financier
Without Beijing’s support, Russia would have been forced to capitulate.
🔸 China’s share of total Russian exports has increased by around 130% since 2021.
🔸 China now buys nearly 50% of Russia’s crude oil exports.
Without Chinese demand, Russia could not have sustained its current level of military spending.
China is Europe’s principal long-term economic adversary and must be treated accordingly.
Reducing dependence on China in strategic sectors is essential for European security, industry and sovereignty.
The Kremlin just admitted what we already knew: their "special operation" was never about Donbas. They want the entire country. General Sobolev in the State Duma just killed any hope of ending the war this year, openly saying they need to reach Ukraine's western borders and will likely require fresh mobilization in autumn.
Translation: Russia is preparing for another meat wave because their imperial project demands total conquest, not peace. Every Western voice still pushing "negotiations" with this regime is simply laundering Moscow's demand for surrender. Ukraine's path remains unchanged: build the drone army, deepen sanctions bite, and give them the only language they understand on the battlefield.
The Kremlin keeps swearing there's no mobilization coming, yet Moscow Oblast just quietly gave its special staffs legal power to cut electricity and gas during "CTO regimes, mobilization, or sabotage threats." Same script as September 2022: loud denials, then the switch gets flipped.
He wasn't preparing to defend himself. It is infrastructure for another meat wave once contract recruiting collapses completely. They are rigging the rear for when the front keeps bleeding 35k per month and the "volunteers" dry up.
Putin’s regime is rotting from the inside while pretending stability. Ukraine is scaling strikes that will turn these preparations into expensive bonfires. Keep watching the disconnect between their words and their wiring.
More than 20,000 Ukrainian children deported to Russia;
1.6 million are in Ukrainian territories occupied by Moscow, the oldest of whom are forcibly conscripted as cannon fodder;
and now this: some are reportedly being sent to re-education camps in North Korea.
Acts of genocide.
Innengravur "Crafted in Antwerp for Donald John Trump".

Remember.
Over the last few months, Ukraine has turned the tide of this war.
They didn’t do it because of Trump.
They did it in spite of Trump.
So no, I don’t really care what Trump says about Ukraine.
Ukraine will win.
With or without the support of Donald Trump.
