#ThrowingThursday - Today we take a closer look at the latest Dari Motion Analysis Technology as it relates specifically to #baseball #performance and #throwing #mechanics...⚾️

My team and I recently visited the The Schwarz Institute for Physical Therapy & Sports Performance (TSI) where Bill and his expert staff ran us through a BioPitch Dari 3D motional analysis of the throwing mechanics of a series of young D1 college baseball players.

They start with a functional assessment, and then performed throwing #analysis using 8 high speed cameras (240Mhz) and state of the art processing #technology. The technology measures kinematic sequencing, rotational torque measurement, as well as identification of joint angles and angular velocity...etc etc. The data is extraordinary! 📈 📊

The team at TSI then review the biomechanical data from the perspective of:

Athletic Capability
Pitcher Potential
Pitching Coordination

And then they deliver a report with insights designed to guide you on a path to better pitching performance using the #strengths and #weaknesses identified during testing. 📝
