Felicitated the first batch of teachers trained in Civil Defence & First Aid under the #ChetnaProject. These teachers will now serve as Master Trainers and equip students with life-saving skills, strengthening emergency preparedness and building a safer society.

Chaired the District Food Safety Advisory Committee meeting. Directed strict checks to prevent repeated use of cooking oil in eateries, hotels & food stalls. Also reviewed plans to develop Patiala as a Heritage Food City and create a dedicated Food Street.

Reviewed PNG network expansion in Patiala and directed departments to ensure speedy resolution of pipeline-related issues. Patiala is moving steadily towards becoming an LPG-free zone. Residents are encouraged to opt for PNG connections for cleaner & safer fuel.
