@StevenRuksj @pjersimunovic is a thug who vandalized his neighbor's car causing thousands in damage and thought he could get away fixing it in the middle of the night - soviet style but was caught. He used diplomatic immunity as a shield. Neighbor is elderly with cancer. Horrible neighbor
