ਆਪਣਾ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਐਨੂਮਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ ਅਤੇ 2 ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਆਓ।
